But until I used investor renovations did I have someone come in closest to budget and had quality, experience, and finesse!!! We met with a few contractors before meeting with Darrell. Off the bat I knew he was the right match for our project. We did a full bathroom, kitchen remodel, plus electric, plumbing, painting - the works. They stayed within the projected completion date even though our remodel fell around the holidays! He was very knowledgeable and was supportive of all our ideas (and my endless changes). Always quick to respond to a text or call too! Darrell was very detail oriented and made sure to incorporate the house’s original 1940s style into our remodel. His brothers and all his workers were incredibly friendly and very professional. We’d definitley go through Investor Renovations again for any future projects.

We had a great experience with this company. We had to undergo an emergency remodel on our kitchen and the team at Investor Relations was able to remodel our kitchen beautifully and keep to schedule, which is huge. I recommend them to anyone looking for a top of the line remodel. I now have my dream kitchen!

Darrell and his team did such a wonderful job on our home remodel! Darrell proactively made an effort to understand our vision then used his great eye for design and made our visions a reality. Darrell and his team:
- Designed a brand new kitchen with open concept, removing the interior walls between our kitchen and living room
- Refinished the original wood floors (from 1947) and installed new floor that perfectly matched the original floor
- Installed new subfloor and tile in the bathroom
- Installed new fans and blinds throughout the home
- Repainted the whole house (and suggested great colors)
Darrell and his team were great at communicating and accommodated with our changes and tight schedule. Throughout the process, Darrell and his team consistently checked in to be sure that we were satisfied with the work! We have recommended Darrell to our friends and we are planning to use Darrell and his team in the future to replace our roof and do some outdoor work!
